OUR MISSION

Future Families exists to equip Christian homes through training, community, and Biblical counsel to live out the gospel by faithfully
reflecting Christ to a lost and broken world.

OUR VISION

Generations of Christian families living out the Gospel by faithfully reflecting Christ to a lost and broken world.

THE BEGINNING

Future Families began with one podcast and one goal: to strengthen Christian families in a culture that is rapidly losing sight of Biblical truth. Through conversations, community, and discipleship,
the mission continues to grow beyond content into a movement focused on building strong homes for generations to come.

Aaron Boldman

Aaron has dedicated over 30 years of his life to working with troubled teens, beginning his career as a public school teacher in California before serving as an educator in several Christian boarding schools. He earned his BA in Natural Studies along with his secondary education certification in Missouri in both special education and secondary sciences. In 2001, he founded Future Men, a school built on his passion for reaching and restoring young lives.
As director, Aaron has poured his heart into equipping struggling teens and helping them reconnect with their families and their faith. He and his wife Lori call Kirbyville, Missouri home, where they have built a full and beautiful life together as parents to 14 children and grandparents to 11 grandchildren. Aaron’s lifelong commitment to family — both his own and the countless families he has served — makes him a natural fit for this podcast, and he is grateful to join his son Silas and good friend Zane in this conversation about equipping families to reflect the gospel.

Zane Buhr

Zane Buhr was proudly born and raised in Northwest Arkansas alongside his two brothers. He graduated from College of the Ozarks in 2019 with degrees in Business and Psychology and went on to join Future Men as a mentor. Over the past five years, Zane has grown into his role as a director, where he helps students rebuild trust and strengthen communication with their families.
In 2025, Zane married the love of his life, Elizabeth, and the two now call Branson, Missouri home. With a deep heart for families, his years at Future Men have only strengthened his desire to help parents equip their families to reflect the gospel. He is thrilled to be a part of this podcast alongside his good friends and fellow family advocates, Silas and Aaron.

    Silas Boldman

Silas Boldman grew up as one of 14 children, an upbringing that instilled in him a deep and lifelong passion for family. He graduated from College of the Ozarks in 2020 with a degree in nursing and has since served in the field in a variety of capacities. In January 2021, he married Julianna — whom he lovingly calls the sweetest and most beautiful woman in the world — and together they are the proud parents of twin girls.
Driven by his faith and his heart for families, Silas founded Future Families, a ministry dedicated to equipping households through Biblical discipleship. He is honored to join his dad and good friend, Zane, on the podcast to share that mission with listeners.
